At K&J Services, we are committed to providing reliable and professional solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the booking and service process.
We require all bookings to be verified to provide the most accurate pricing based on mileage, item details, and job requirements. Same-day services must be scheduled at least four hours in advance, with payment and confirmation completed within 2 hours of receiving the invoice to avoid cancellation.
All services provided will require a signed service agreement, this will be sent over after booking is complete. This will need to be signed before your agreed upon time slot to ensure both parties are covered.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
Our team values clear communication and keeps clients informed with reminders before their scheduled service and updates when our professionals are en-route.
Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to deliver an exceptional experience every step of the way.
Our team safety is of upmost importance, if at anytime an employee feels threatened or unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel, or reschedule for a different date once the threat is gone.
We understand that mistakes may be made on either end, but at this time we do not offer any refunds on services provided. If at anytime a change needs to be made to the service agreement, one or both parties may make a written request that must be agreed upon by both in writing.
We are available 365 days a year from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to address any questions or concerns you may have. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to deliver an exceptional experience every step of the way.
We are not a CPUC- licensed household goods carrier.
