Why We Price Things the Way We Do:

Not every job is the same, so our pricing isn’t either. We keep things simple, fair, and transparent.

Deliveries are usually quick pickups or store runs — less time and handling means a lower rate.

Moves require more care and labor — things like wrapping, stairs, and heavier lifting, so they’re priced to reflect that.

We also offer discounts for small/light jobs, and show you everything upfront, including service fees — no guessing, no surprises.

We’re here to give you honest pricing that respects your budget and our time.

Note: For any single item over 10 feet in length or weighing more than 350 lbs, please contact us directly for a custom quote. Examples include hot tubs, pianos, large safes, oversized playground equipment, and similar heavy or bulky items. These may require additional labor, equipment, or dump arrangements not reflected in the calculator.

For lumber please contact us via phone/text or email for a quote as there will be discounts applied.

For large haul-aways, provide an approximate number of items in the calculator, choose load size, or contact us directly for a personalized quote. All fees and taxes, including dump fees based on the number of items being hauled, are included in the calculated cost.

Mileage is calculated from pick-up location to drop-off location (please calculate this and enter it into the appropriate field).

To secure your booking, please follow the steps below:

Select your date and time- Click the booking button under your calculated total, you will be redirected to Calendly where you will choose your preferred date and time.
Enter your total cost- use our pricing calculators to determine your total cost. Be sure to input this amount during the booking process.
Provide additional information- Include any relevant details via Calendly, if applicable.
Verify and confirmation- Once your booking is submitted, our team will review your selected items and calculated cost.
Invoice and payment options- After verification, you will receive a follow-up email containing your invoice and available payment methods.
Communication preferences - We will contact you via your preferred method (call, text, or email) to finalize your order.

Please note: For Store Pickup: Use the delivery calculator and fill in the appropriate fields on Calendly when booking.

For Cleanout Services that go beyond just junk removal(require additional cleaning): Use the moving calculator. An additional $59.99 per hour cleaning fee will be invoiced after the service is completed.

A $50 minimum is required for local services (within a 30-mile radius of Corning, CA.) For non-local services (anything over a 30-mile radius of Corning, CA.), a $75 minimum is required. If your order total falls below the minimum, you can still proceed by paying the minimum amount. The remaining balance will be credited toward your next order!

Lawn Care and Gutter services are exclusive to Tehama, Butte, Shasta, and Glenn counties.
